May Pantry Updates

♡ Regular Food Pantry hours resume on Monday, May 9th! Complete details:

♡ May 7th will kick-off the Dublin Market in Bridge Park from 9am – Noon on Saturdays. Please look for the Dublin Food Pantry van and volunteers at the market every Saturday morning.

♡ On Saturday, May 14th, Dublin mail carriers will collect donated non-perishable foods to deliver to Dublin Food Pantry as part of the national STAMP OUT HUNGER event. This year marks the 30th Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. Both Dublin Post Offices will also be collecting items to donate to Dublin Food Pantry.

About the first week of May Pantry Closure:

Many wondered why the pantry could not hold CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS the 1st week of May. Dublin Food Pantry is located on the lower level of Dublin Community Church (DCC) and due to the recent increase in the number of customers – the pantry has taken over more space thanks to the kindness of Dublin Community Church.

Now that in-person events are being scheduled again, this space is not available to the pantry in the same way. Pantry teams work to store items and clear the space for short term space conflicts. However, pantry space was needed the first week of May by so that the Church could use their space for

VOTING on May 3 and the Rummage Sale set-up week and Event Day.

The Dublin Community Church Rummage Sale will be on:

at DUBLIN COMMUNITY CHURCH
