Dublin Food Pantry
The Dublin Food Pantry is a volunteer organization that is totally responsible for the operation of
the Pantry! It is a
choice pantry set-up like a grocery store so clients can shop and select
the food they want. It takes approximately 130 volunteers each week to operate the Pantry for three
days each week all year long and an additional 400+ volunteers to run the major food drives and the
Harvest of Hope food distribution. It is because of the efforts of our volunteers that the
Pantry mission of making sure that our Dublin neighbors do not go hungry is realized!
If you would like to volunteer please contact our Volunteer Coordinator by email at email@example.com. All volunteers must be scheduled through the Volunteer Coordinator. A minimum of one week advance notice is needed to schedule volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator will work with you to find an opportunity you enjoy. Thank you for you for volunteering at the Pantry!
Below are some of the jobs that volunteers perform. We will work with groups that want to do a task together.
Below are some general times for volunteers working with a crew. Individuals working in small groups or alone are usually scheduled independently.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. They assist kitchen and stocking crews, they assist clients unloading carts, they set-up for open pantry and help the crews with other, as needed, tasks. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to assist clients as they shop in the Pantry.
